THE BAND OFFICERS
BAND LIBRARIAN / PUBLIC RELATIONS
The Band Librarian / Public Relations Officer has two duties. As the librarian, this officer needs to be sure that all music is sorted in its proper folders. As all officers, the Band Librarian may ask for assistance from any other eighth grade band member to help with these duties.
Also, as the Band Public Relations Officer, contact with WATR AM Radio and the Waterbury Republican/American newspaper will be part of the duties. Contact with the radio and newspaper will include events such as concerts, fundraisers, etc. Correspondence with the radio station and newspaper will be monitored by Mr. Wilkas for approval.
The Band Librarian / Public Relations Officer MUST have email access.
