BAND SECRETARY

The duties of the Band Secretary are important to the band. Only dedicated and organized band members are eligible for this office. The Band Secretary is responsible for keeping accurate records of all band members' email addresses and home addresses and phone numbers. As all officers, the Band Secretary may ask for assistance from any other eighth grade band member to help with these duties. Forms will be kept in a file in the music office where they can be organized for easy access. The Band Secretary should have a good working knowledge of computer use.

The Band Secretary MUST have email access.
