BAND TREASURER

The duties of the Band Treasurer are EXTREMELY important to the music department, and is a position that must be taken seriously. Only EXTREMELY dedicated and reliable band members are eligible for this office. The Band Treasurer is responsible for the counting of fundraiser, concert ticket, and other monies that are generated for the benefit of the West Side Middle School Music Department. The Band Treasurer will be instructed on the proper procedures for this position, and the correct forms to use for the depositing and payments of funds. The Band Treasurer should have a good working knowledge of computer use.

The Band Treasurer MUST have email access.
